2. Eligibility (Service: Assess It)

Our Assess It service is not available to:
a. Individuals with pacemakers or implantable electronic medical devices.
b. Individuals who have given birth within the last 10 days.

By booking this service, you confirm that none of the above applies to you.

3. Use of Services and Website

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

  • Harassing, intimidating, or harming other users.

  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems.

  • Using services for fraudulent or malicious purposes.

  • Disrupting functionality or security of the website or services.

5. Pre-Session Forms

To better prepare your session and tailor the experience to your needs, we may ask you to complete intake or consent forms prior to your appointment. Failure to provide required information may affect our ability to deliver the session effectively.

6. Minors & Consent

  • If you are under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required to access our services.

  • If booking for or consulting on behalf of a child under 16 years of age, explicit written or verbal consent from a parent/guardian must be obtained prior to the healing session.

  • By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that such consent has been given where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and resources, is owned by or licensed to Cohesive Earth.

  • You may download resources for personal, non-commercial use.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

8. User Accounts and Submissions

  • You are responsible for keeping credentials secure.

  • You agree to provide accurate information.

  • You grant Cohesive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submissions for service improvement.

  • We may terminate accounts or remove content if Terms are violated.

9. Payments

Payments for services are accepted through the following methods:

  • Europe: Bank transfer.

  • Lebanon: OMT transfer.

  • For in-person sessions only: Cash.

Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations: You must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows: The full amount will be charged.

  • Refunds: For prepaid sessions, refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy (available upon request).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cohesive Earth and its team are not liable for any damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use services.

  • Errors, interruptions, or delays.

  • Reliance on information provided through General Services or Assess It.

  • Loss of data or unauthorized access.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cohesive harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
