How to Shield Yourself from Drones and EMFs
If you are witnessing bombings, drones, or missiles falling out of the sky, here are my top tips for energy management and protection.
Having now lived through my third period of heavy conflict since reconnecting with my energy healing gifts, I felt called to share some energy protection and management techniques for those experiencing war and instability.
I lived through war during most of my childhood, but today’s conflicts are different. Modern warfare includes electronic warfare and drone technology that were not present back then. These introduce new energetic and psychological pressures on the human body and nervous system.
Managing Drone Impacts
If you are in a conflict area, chances are you have already been exposed to the impacts of drones.
These impacts on the human body tend to come in two main forms:
- Electromagnetic frequencies
- Persistent drone sound
Both can affect the human body physically, psychologically, and energetically.
High Electromagnetic Frequencies
Drone communication systems can operate across various radio frequencies, often ranging between approximately 400 MHz and 2.4 GHz, depending on the drone type and communication systems used, according to Serhii Beskrestnov, a Ukrainian military radio technology expert[1].
This range overlaps with technologies many of us already live with daily, such as: smart meters, Wi-Fi networks, mobile networks, microwave ovens.
For comparison, human brainwaves operate at extremely low frequencies — generally between 0.5 Hz and about 40 Hz. Even in very active states such as high Beta or low Gamma brainwave activity, our brain activity is vastly slower than GHz radio signals (50 million times slower than a 2GHz signal).
Now imagine the energetic and physiological stress on the body when drones remain above a population for long periods of time, sometimes 24 hours a day, on top of our existing exposure to modern technologies like 4G, 5G and Wi-Fi networks.

Potential Impacts on the Human Body
Thermal Effects
High-intensity radiofrequency exposure can produce thermal effects in biological tissues, meaning heat can build up in body tissues when exposure exceeds certain limits[1].
This is the same physical principle used by microwave ovens, although at much higher intensities. In extreme cases or prolonged exposure environments, this could contribute to heat stress or tissue irritation[2].
There are also concerns in some contexts about the dispersal of hazardous materials during military operations[3], which may further contribute to environmental stress.

Nervous System Impacts
Electromagnetic fields above roughly 100 MHz have been studied for possible effects on the nervous system. Some research suggests links between prolonged exposure and symptoms[1] such as:
- fatigue
- headaches
- sleep disturbance
- memory or concentration issues
In some experimental models, changes such as neuroinflammation or neuronal stress responses have been observed.
Military technologies may also involve pulsed signals or higher power emissions, which can create a different exposure pattern compared to everyday consumer devices.

Cellular and Biological Stress
Some laboratory studies[1] investigating exposure around 2.45 GHz have shown cellular stress responses in experimental conditions, including:
- increased reactive oxygen species (ROS)
- reduced cellular viability
- mitochondrial stress
- DNA damage markers after prolonged exposure
While many factors influence these results, they illustrate how the body may experience biological stress when exposed to high-frequency environments over time.

Sound Effects of Military Drones
In addition to electromagnetic exposure, drone noise itself can be highly disruptive.
Military drones typically generate sound between 60 and 95 decibels, depending on size, altitude, engine or propeller type, distance from the ground[1].
For comparison:
- A lawnmower produces about 90 dB
- Quiet background environments are around 30–40 dB[2]
While quieter drone technologies exist, loud drones often serve a psychological purpose in warfare by increasing fear and stress within civilian populations.

Impacts of Drone Noise on the Human Body
Hearing Effects
Prolonged exposure to noise above 85 dB may contribute to temporary or permanent hearing damage, similar to industrial noise environments[1].
Smaller drones flying at higher altitude may produce lower sound levels, typically 40–60 dB, which are less harmful physically but can still be irritating[2].
Physiological Stress
Persistent buzzing or mechanical noise often activates the body’s stress response, leading to:
- elevated cortisol
- increased heart rate
- changes in blood pressure
Studies have linked drone noise to heightened anxiety and reduced concentration[3], especially as the sound is unpredictable and intrusive.

Psychological Impact
The constant whir or buzzing sound of drones can trigger:
- fear
- psychological stress
- cognitive distraction,
amplifying stress beyond volume alone[1]. Unlike constant background noise such as traffic, drone sounds often have a distinct tonal quality and unpredictability, which makes them feel more intrusive.

Energy Management and Healing Techniques – At-Home Tools
Start with your morning and evening routines from the previous article [here]. Small daily practices build resilience.
Other at-home tools include:
- Spending time in nature
- Listening to uplifting music or 528 Hz sound frequencies
- Enjoying positive interactions with pets or loved ones
- Watching comedy or light-hearted content to shift mood
Sound Healing
Music and sound have a profound effect on emotional and energetic balance. If available, explore sound baths or sound healing sessions to release tension and reset your internal rhythm.
Nutrition for Energy and Inflammation Support
What we eat directly impacts our energy and resilience, especially under stress. Anti-inflammatory foods support the body’s defenses, reduce oxidative stress, and promote cellular recovery. Key foods include:
- Turmeric (curcuma) – contains curcumin, a natural anti-inflammatory
- Ginger – supports digestion and inflammation reduction
- Leafy greens – spinach, kale, arugula for antioxidants
- Berries – rich in polyphenols
- Omega-3 rich foods – fatty fish, flaxseeds, walnuts
When preparing meals, avoid microwaves, as rapid heating can alter food structure and reduce nutrient availability. Opt for steaming, gentle stovetop cooking, or slow roasting to preserve the integrity of these healing foods.
Additional Energy Healing Tools
If you have access to a qualified energy healer, additional support can help protect and restore your energy.
What energy healing does
- Works with the body’s subtle energy systems (chakras, meridians, biofield)
- Clears blockages, restores flow, and promotes overall balance
- Supports physical, emotional, and mental resilience in stressful environments
Bioresonance
A gentle, non-invasive method that detects and rebalances energy frequencies in the body. Can help with:
- calming the sympathetic nervous system (fight, flight or freeze)
- supporting the parasympathetic system (rest and digest)
- supporting the adrenal glands, which regulate stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline
- reducing inflammation and supporting cellular oxygenation
- assessing possible EMF sensitivity and rebalancing where needed
- balancing brainwave activity for insomnia and sleep disturbance
- supporting melatonin regulation
From an emotional perspective, sessions may also help with:
- anxiety reduction
- identifying war-related trauma within the body’s trauma chronology
Hands-off Energy Healing
Practitioners may offer:
- Aura cleansing and chakra balancing
- Nervous system support
- Anxiety reduction
- Addressing trauma linked to conflict
- Spiritual guidance for coping and perspective
Even simple practices like grounding, visualisation, or holding protective stones can make a noticeable difference.
Your energy is defines your health, physical, mental and emotional. Even small, consistent practices can help you regain or maintain calm, focus, and resilience, even under the stress of conflict.
