• On another, I’ve delved deeply into personal development, helping individuals explore their purpose, heal, and unlock their potential.

Through my experiences in global banking, sustainability consulting, and intuitive coaching, I realized that these worlds aren’t separate—they’re interconnected. • Corporate Leadership: With over a decade at a global bank, I led strategic initiatives that transformed the bank’s international presence, achieving consistent growth. I managed diverse teams across multiple countries, developed award-winning product solutions, and implemented strategies that enhanced customer experience while delivering sustainable results.
• Sustainability and ESG: As the founder of Pathikah, I guided businesses through socio-ecological transitions, focusing on the triple bottom line: People, Planet, and Profits. My work includes developing methodologies for ESG ratings and defining sustainable organizational behaviours.
• Personal and Organizational Alignment: I bring a unique blend of expertise in cultural diagnostics and human-centred leadership. Leveraging tools like CultureScope and TeamScope from iPsychTec, I help organizations bridge gaps between desired and observed behaviours, driving meaningful change and impact.
• Intuitive Coaching and Spiritual Hypnosis: My certifications in energy healing, energy and intuitive coaching and spiritual hypnosis enable me to facilitate deep personal transformations. Through these modalities, I assist individuals in releasing energetic blockages, accessing higher consciousness, and achieving profound personal growth that spans different areas of their lives.
